Removes a provision that allowed cabin or home site lessees to cancel a sale they initiated even after another bidder had deposited a bid bond

Lessees who initiate sales of cabin or home sites may still cancel at least 10 days before auction, but only if no other person has deposited a bid bond

Lessees who cancel sales remain responsible for department costs incurred in preparing the sale, including environmental review documents

Effective immediately upon passage and applies to cabin or home site sales initiated on or after the effective date
