Authorizes the use of expired opioid antagonists (such as naloxone) to treat opioid overdoses in schools and by eligible recipients throughout Montana

Extends liability protection to school districts, employees, and agents for administering expired opioid antagonists to students or non-students experiencing overdoses

Grants partial immunity to eligible recipients who possess, store, administer, or distribute expired opioid antagonists, protecting them from civil liability except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or intentional torts

Shields medical practitioners and licensed pharmacists from disciplinary action and civil or criminal liability when prescribing or dispensing expired opioid antagonists to eligible recipients

Amends four sections of Montana Code Annotated (20-5-426, 50-32-602, 50-32-607, and 50-32-608) to incorporate expired opioid antagonists into existing overdose prevention laws
