Mandates annual reporting to the children, families, health, and human services interim committee on program benefits, preparation for future state health care programs, and comparative outcomes between participating and non-participating families

Sets legislative intent to restore program enrollment to fiscal year 2016 levels

Effective July 1, 2025, with a termination date of June 30, 2027
