Creates a 14-member Pollinator Health Task Force under the Department of Agriculture, including representatives from state agencies, agricultural industries (tree fruit, seed, berry), Montana State University, pesticide distributors, conservation groups, beekeepers, tribal governments, and youth agricultural organizations

Requires the task force to develop a state pollinator health strategy addressing research on pollinator losses, public education programs, varroa mite research, habitat expansion on state lands, seed bank promotion, and improved communication between beekeepers, landowners, and pesticide applicators

Appropriates $50,000 from the general fund to the Department of Agriculture for the biennium beginning July 1, 2025 to cover task force costs

Mandates the Department of Agriculture report findings and recommendations to the 70th Legislature

Task force terminates December 31, 2026
