County attorneys may petition to transfer a suspended or deferred sentence revocation proceeding from the original sentencing county to a different county where the defendant is charged with a new felony offense, allowing both cases to be handled in one location

Transfer petitions must be served on the county attorney in the original sentencing county, the sentencing judge, any victims, and the defendant

A $120 filing fee is required when a petition for revocation includes a request for transfer of jurisdiction between counties

Amends Montana Code Annotated sections 46-18-203 (revocation of suspended or deferred sentence) and 46-23-1011 (supervision on probation) to accommodate the new transfer provisions
