Commissioner of Political Practices must create and maintain a public website allowing individuals to opt out of receiving political campaign mail

The opt-out list must be made available to political committees and political party organizations as defined in Montana Code 13-1-101

Commissioner may establish a fee commensurate with website maintenance costs, collected equally from all political committees and political party organizations

Creates a new state special revenue account to receive fees and fund website maintenance
