MT SB68

Prohibits legislative study committees, councils, commissions, task forces, and work groups staffed by the Legislative Services Division from meeting while the legislature is in session

Requires these entities to conduct their policy study and recommendation functions only during the interim period between sessions

Exempts the Legislative Council, Legislative Finance Committee, Legislative Audit Committee, and entities created by legislative rules from this restriction

Amends Section 5-5-214, MCA, governing interim committee activity
