Establishes a procedure for revising statutory termination (sunset) dates by amending the original session law, with no limit on the number of times a termination date may be revised

Resolves conflicting termination date revisions within the same legislative session by defaulting to the latest chronological date if no coordination instruction is provided

Requires legislation revising a termination date to be effective before either the initial or amended termination date takes effect

Effective immediately upon passage and applies retroactively to all legislation passed during the 69th legislative session
