Creates a vending machine account in the state special revenue fund administered by the Department of Public Health and Human Services

Requires DPHHS to collect a percentage of income from vending machines on federal and state property that are not operated by blind vendors

Funds deposited in the account are statutorily appropriated to DPHHS and restricted to purposes consistent with federal law

Amends Section 17-7-502, MCA to add this new account to the list of authorized statutory appropriations

Effective date: July 1, 2025
