Allocates $300,000 from state special revenue to the Department of Public Health and Human Services for the 2025-2027 biennium for suicide prevention grants targeting service members, veterans, and their families

Funds must support the DPHHS campaign to prevent suicide, developed with assistance from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration

Requires establishing suicide risk screening standards, training providers and peers on intake processes, and creating mortality data review processes for the veteran population

Directs implementation of statewide safe storage campaigns, lethal means safety training, and a working group for clinical safety planning guidelines

Effective July 1, 2025 and terminates June 30, 2027; requires DPHHS to report results in its annual performance report and notification to tribal governments
