Requires analysis of import restrictions from foreign countries on market-sensitive crops and the financial impact on Montana producers, noting that 75% or more of Montana wheat is exported to sensitive markets

Study to evaluate costs and benefits of market-sensitive crops and technologies on both conventional and organic producers, including per-bushel cost analysis and comparison with neighboring states

Study must be completed by September 15, 2026, with final results reported to the 70th Legislature
