Urges the U.S. Congress to pass federal mandatory country-of-origin labeling (MCOOL) for beef and pork products

Congress removed mandatory country-of-origin labeling requirements for beef and pork in December 2015, while all other food products still require such labeling

References the American Beef Labeling Act of 2025, introduced by U.S. Senate Majority Leader John Thune on February 5, 2025, which would reinstate MCOOL for beef

Directs the Secretary of State to send copies of the resolution to Montana's Congressional delegation, the Governor, the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture, and the U.S. Trade Representative
