Requests an interim study on the implementation of Montana's criminal justice data warehouse, established by Senate Bill No. 11 in 2023 and housed in the Montana Board of Crime Control

Assigns the study to the Criminal Justice Oversight Council to examine implementation progress, funding distribution, and expected deliverables from the $1.5 million appropriation requested in House Bill No. 117

Requires the council to review project history, gather stakeholder perspectives, assess current implementation status, and determine long-term goals for the completed data warehouse

Mandates input from district courts, tribal governments, county attorneys, law enforcement, detention centers, the Attorney General, Department of Corrections, State Public Defender, and Department of Public Health and Human Services

Study must conclude by September 15, 2026, with final results reported to the 70th Legislature
