Directs review of Montana Right to Try Act outcomes related to experimental treatments for active COVID-19 infections, long COVID, and treatments to mitigate negative impacts of vaccines and federally recommended treatments

Study must be completed by September 15, 2026, with final results reported to the 70th Legislature

Resolution asserts that federal incentives for COVID-19 diagnoses and treatments compromised patient health and limited treatment options
