Requires inclusion of parenthood training (for both mothers and fathers) in middle school family living curriculum as part of comprehensive school health education programs.

Requires inclusion of personal finance training in middle school consumer health curriculum as part of comprehensive school health education programs.

Directs the Department of Public Instruction and Department of Health and Human Services to cooperate in developing curricula to implement these new requirements.

Implementation deadline set for the beginning of the 2012-2013 school year.
