Appropriates $1,250,000 from the General Fund to the Community Colleges System Office for fiscal year 2010-2011 to support the North Carolina Military Business Center (NCMBC).

Funds support business development and assistance services from 12 offices statewide to connect North Carolina companies with federal contracts and leverage opportunities at five military bases.

Provides support to four state community colleges for business development initiatives and positions North Carolina businesses to win military construction contracts and subcontracts.

Continues funding for two full-time and one part-time staff positions at NCMBC and one part-time position at Fayetteville Technical Community College.

Effective July 1, 2010.
