Expresses appreciation for the Randolph County Honor Guard, a veteran organization formed in 1990 that provides military funeral honors at no charge for honorably discharged veterans buried in Randolph County.

Recognizes the organization's growth from 18 founding members in 1990 to 83 members by the time of the resolution, performing military honors at more than 400 veteran funerals annually within a 50-mile radius of Randolph County.

Honors the life and legacy of Frank T. Rose, a founding member of the Randolph County Honor Guard who was instrumental in establishing the organization and the Veteran Memorial in Asheboro, and who served as past State Commander of the American Legion.

Directs the Secretary of State to transmit certified copies of the resolution to the Randolph County Honor Guard and the family of Frank T. Rose.
