Department of Health and Human Services must submit a final report by January 1, 2011 on community support services, including the number of individuals no longer receiving services, transfers to other mental health services, cost changes, and status of new service definitions.

Commission on Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services must submit annual reports by September 1, 2010 and thereafter summarizing all deaths subject to G.S. 122C-31 reporting requirements to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee.

Secretary of Department of Health and Human Services shall report annually beginning July 1, 2010 to the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee and Fiscal Research Division on Trust Fund expenditures, identifying each expenditure by recipient and purpose.

Department must provide annual strategic plan reports beginning January 1, 2011 on organizing State and local resources for services through local management entities, including allocation criteria, utilization guidelines, fund restrictions, and expenditure lists.

Department shall submit status report by January 1, 2011 on CAP-MR/DD Tiered Waiver implementation, including service arrays, cost ranges, intensity determination methods, and criteria for moving individuals between Tiers; reporting frequency on State performance measures changed from October 1, 2006 to January 1, 2011.
