Appropriates $124,170 from the General Fund to the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health for fiscal year 2010-2011 to sustain and expand school-based and school-linked adolescent health care centers.

Designated funds support operations at credentialed centers, centers in credentialing process, and startup grants for new school health centers in areas with critical needs.

Appropriates an additional $175,185 from the General Fund for fiscal year 2010-2011 to add technical support and data collection positions to the School Health Center Program Office.

Becomes effective July 1, 2010.
