Disapproves changes to 15A NCAC 10B .0404 (Trappers and Hunters) adopted by the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission on March 4, 2009, and approved by the Rules Review Commission on April 16, 2009.

Disapproves changes to 15A NCAC 10B .0409 (Sale of Live Foxes and Coyotes to Controlled Fox Hunting Preserves) adopted by the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission on March 4, 2009, and approved by the Rules Review Commission on April 16, 2009.

Prevents the sale of live foxes and coyotes taken under depredation permits to controlled hunting preserves by invalidating the rule changes that would have allowed such sales.

Becomes effective upon enactment into law.
