Exempts the City of Greensboro from state regulations requiring wild animals captured under depredation permits to be euthanized or released on the property where they were captured.

Allows wild animals of the order Carnivora and beaver taken alive under depredation permits to be relocated to suitable alternative habitat with the landowner's consent.

Applies only to the City of Greensboro and becomes effective upon enactment.
