Disapproves rule changes to 15A NCAC 10B .0201 (Prohibited Taking and Manner of Take) that were adopted by the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission on March 4, 2009, and approved by the Rules Review Commission on April 16, 2009.

Reverses allowances for certain bow hunting on Sunday on private land that were permitted under the rule change.

Reverses allowances for certain falconry activities on Sundays that were permitted under the rule change.

Takes effect upon becoming law.
