Increases the maximum death benefit for surviving spouses of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty from $10,000 to $25,000.

Raises the maximum permanent disability benefit from $10,000 to $25,000, and increases the temporary disability supplement ceiling from $10,000 to $25,000.

Increases the maximum college scholarship amount for children of deceased or permanently disabled officers from $10,000 to $25,000.

Adds a new $100 annual stipend for minor children of law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty, payable on each child's birthday until age 18.

Removes the Board's authority to automatically increase maximum lump sum payments by up to 10% every five years without legislative action.
