Increases the monthly benefit for members of the Wilkesboro Firemen's Supplemental Pension Fund from a fixed $100 per month to an amount equal to the monthly pension paid by the North Carolina Firemen's and Rescue Squad Workers' Pension Fund under G.S. 58-86-55.

Eligible members include those who have served 20 years as a fireman in the Wilkesboro Fire Department and attained age 55, or those with 5 or more years of service who became totally and permanently disabled.

Requires the Wilkesboro pension amount to be automatically adjusted whenever the state pension amount is amended.

Maintains the existing pro rata reduction provision if the Supplemental Pension Fund becomes insufficient to pay full benefits.

Becomes effective July 1, 2010.
