Town of Bermuda Run authorized to assess annual fees for gate operations and fence maintenance on all real property zoned Club Residential within town limits.

Fee amounts established annually and incorporated into the local budget ordinance.

Assessed fees become a lien on the subject property as of the billing date and may be collected as delinquent property taxes, but enforcement cannot begin until 30 days after initial billing.

Unpaid fees previously billed by the town prior to this act becoming law also become enforceable liens as of the effective date, with enforcement allowed 30 days after the act becomes law.

Act effective upon becoming law, ratified July 8, 2010.
