H 1960: Graham Deannexation

• Removes four specifically described parcels of property from the corporate limits of the City of Graham, totaling approximately 290.83 acres.

• Area #1 contains 167.92 acres and is bounded by Jim Minor Road S.R. #2135 and includes properties referenced in multiple Alamance County deed books.

• Area #2 contains 6.55 acres and Area #3 contains 0.76 acres, both located in the northern section with boundaries defined by existing property lines and road rights-of-way.

• Area #4 contains 115.6 acres and extends from Jim Minor Road southward, including multiple residential and commercial properties identified in Alamance County deeds.

• City of Graham retains the right to collect and foreclose on any pre-existing liens for ad valorem taxes or special assessments on the deannexed property; the act becomes effective June 30, 2010.
