Extends the General Assembly's sympathy to her surviving family members: husband Robert Shawn Wellons, son Christopher Wellons, father Jack D. Miller, and brother Troy Miller

Directs the Secretary of State to transmit a certified copy of the resolution to Myrna Miller Wellons's family
