Appropriates $5,059,624 from the General Fund to the Community Colleges System Office for fiscal year 2010-2011 to purchase equipment for local colleges experiencing record enrollment growth since fall 2009

Directs the Director of the Budget to ensure funding for community college technology and equipment increases align with student enrollment growth consistent with G.S. 143C-3-5

Requires continuation funding to include adjustments for additional Equipment FTE (Full-Time Equivalent) at the prior year's E/FTE rate

Becomes effective July 1, 2010
