Removes 0.45 acres of property (including the Susan S. Pierce property) from the corporate limits of the City of Rocky Mount, located near Pridgen Road.

Provides detailed legal descriptions including specific bearings, distances, and coordinate references for both parcels being deannexed.

Became effective upon ratification on June 30, 2010.
