Appropriates $25,000 from the Department of Transportation Highway Fund for fiscal year 2010-2011 to replace and install signage directing traffic to the Vietnam Veterans' Memorial and the Beirut Memorial.

Signs shall be placed along N.C. Highway 24 and U.S. Highway 17, with both memorials listed on consolidated signs at multiple existing locations.

Replaces old signage while adding new directional signage for both memorials at current sign locations.

Becomes effective July 1, 2010.
