Modifies mercury switch removal program annual reports to add the Fiscal Research Division of the General Assembly as a recipient alongside the Environmental Review Commission and Appropriations Subcommittees on Natural and Economic Resources.

Updates Ecosystem Enhancement Program reporting requirements to include the Joint Legislative Commission on Governmental Operations and Fiscal Research Division as report recipients in addition to the Environmental Review Commission.

Changes Special Zoo Fund reporting to require annual reports by October 1 to the Office of State Budget and Management, Fiscal Research Division, and Joint Legislative Commission on Governmental Operations instead of the previous recipients.

Modifies State Museum of Natural Sciences reporting requirement to require annual reports by October 1 to the Fiscal Research Division and Joint Legislative Commission on Governmental Operations.
