Updates the reference date for the Internal Revenue Code used in North Carolina tax provisions from May 1, 2009 to May 1, 2010 in G.S. 105-228.90(b)(1b).

Applies to any Internal Revenue Code provisions enacted as of May 1, 2010, regardless of whether they become effective before or after that date.

Becomes effective upon enactment into law.
