Appropriates $124,170 from the General Fund to the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health for fiscal year 2010-2011 to sustain operations of existing school-based and school-linked adolescent health care centers and expand centers with growing caseloads.

Requires the Division to allocate funds to credentialed centers, centers in the credentialing process, or new school health centers in areas with critical needs.

Appropriates an additional $175,185 from the General Fund for fiscal year 2010-2011 to add technical support and data collection positions to the School Health Center Program Office.

Becomes effective July 1, 2010.
