Requires seven Local Management Entities (LMEs) participating in the Supports Intensity Scale (SIS) assessment pilot project to administer SIS assessments to all clients with developmental disabilities.

Mandates that SIS assessment results be used to assign clients with developmental disabilities to appropriate Tiers within the CAP-MR/DD Waiver and other needed services based on their relative intensity of need.

Places responsibility with the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services to enforce the requirement.

Becomes effective upon passage into law.
