Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Medical Assistance, must examine rates for community support services provided through the International Center for Clubhouse Development (ICCD) clubhouse model of psychosocial rehabilitation.

Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services shall consult with the Division of Medical Assistance on rate examination and adjustments as deemed necessary.

Department must report findings and any rate adjustments to the Senate Appropriations Committee on Health and Human Services, House Appropriations Subcommittee on Health and Human Services, Fiscal Research Division, and Joint Legislative Oversight Committee on Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Substance Abuse Services by October 1, 2010.

Act becomes effective upon passage into law.
