Creates an experimental program allowing the City of Greensboro to relocate beavers taken under depredation permits to suitable alternative habitat along Buffalo Creek, with landowner consent.

Exempts Greensboro from the standard requirement under 15A NCAC 10B.0106(d)(5) that beavers captured under depredation permits must be euthanized or released on the property where captured.

Applies only to depredation permits issued to the City of Greensboro.

Expires July 1, 2011.
