Removes a 0.691-acre tract of land from the corporate limits of the City of High Point and adds it to the corporate limits of the City of Greensboro.

The affected territory is located along Chimney Rock Road in Guilford County and is part of the Piedmont Centre development area.

Preserves the validity of any liens held by the City of High Point for ad valorem taxes or special assessments that were outstanding before the effective date, allowing such liens to be collected or foreclosed upon after the transfer.

Became effective upon passage and ratification on July 8, 2010.
