Increases death benefit for law enforcement officers killed in the performance of their duties from $10,000 to $25,000, payable to surviving spouse or nearest dependent next of kin.

Increases permanent disability benefit for officers permanently and totally disabled due to duty-related injuries from $10,000 to $25,000.

Increases maximum temporary disability supplement from $10,000 to $25,000 for officers temporarily and totally disabled from duty-related injuries, maintaining the $500 monthly payment rate.

Increases maximum college scholarship amount for children of killed or permanently disabled officers from $10,000 to $25,000, limited to children ages 17-22 attending accredited colleges or universities.

Adds new provision allowing the Board to send $100 to each surviving child on the deceased officer's birthday.
