Allows Kathie Russell to complete her four-year term on the Chatham County Board of Education despite being elected in District 3 when she actually resides in District 2 due to a county mapping error.

Validates all actions taken by the Chatham County Board of Education from the beginning of the 2006 term through the effective date of this act, regardless of Russell's residency status.

Permits Russell to continue serving her remainder term as long as she maintains residence at her current address.

Addresses a geocoding error from the 1990s that incorrectly placed Abeyance Road, Ruby Red Road, and Altadore Crescent in District 3 when those addresses are actually in District 2; affected 47 voters including Russell.

Effective upon becoming law, ratified July 7, 2010.
