Removes two tracts of land from the City of Archdale's corporate limits and adds them to the City of High Point, with Tract 1 and Tract 2 described by specific property boundaries and tax parcel references.

Removes one tract of approximately 9.09 acres from the City of High Point's corporate limits and adds it to the City of Archdale, described by detailed survey coordinates and located near Kersey Valley Road and Interstate Highway 85.

Preserves the validity of any tax liens or special assessment liens held by either city for properties affected by the boundary changes, allowing liens to be collected or foreclosed upon after the effective date.

Becomes effective July 1, 2012.
