Appropriates $806,478 from the General Fund to the Department of Commerce for fiscal year 2012-2013 to support the High Point Market Authority.

Appropriates $1,200,000 from the Highway Fund to the Department of Transportation for fiscal year 2012-2013 for transportation services associated with the High Point Market.

Recognizes the High Point Market as the world's largest home furnishings trade show, attracting over 170,000 annual attendees and generating $1.2 billion in economic impact to the state.
