Makes technical corrections to North Carolina General Statutes, including fixing cross-references, clarifying statutory language, and correcting citation errors across multiple chapters.

Authorizes the Revisor of Statutes to print drafters' comments for three 2011 acts (S.L. 2011-341, S.L. 2011-339, and S.L. 2011-344) where this authorization was inadvertently omitted.

Corrects specific statutory provisions including changes to child welfare law (G.S. 7B-1112), sexual offense definitions (G.S. 14-208.6), electronic monitoring definitions (G.S. 15A-101.1), and probate procedures (G.S. 28A-5-1 and 28A-5-2).

Makes corrections to election law provisions (G.S. 120-30.9F and G.S. 163-304), housing finance definitions (G.S. 122A-3), state employee health insurance coverage rules (G.S. 135-48.50), and various other administrative statutes.

Repeals Article 11 of Chapter 25 of the General Statutes and Section 25 of S.L. 2011-284, and recodifies G.S. 62-36A as G.S. 62-36.1.
