Increases the exemption for ungraded egg sales from 30 dozen to 150 dozen per week for producers marketing their own production on the farm premises.

Allows small farm producers to sell ungraded eggs directly to consumers, institutional consumers, or retailers without grade and size designations when sales remain below the 150 dozen weekly threshold.

Applies only to eggs produced on the farm where they are processed and sold, maintaining the exemption requirement that sales occur on the producer's premises.

Exempts qualifying small producers from standard egg grading and classification requirements under North Carolina agricultural regulations.
