Extends the corporate limits of the Town of Apex to include 0.208 acres of land located in White Oak Township, Wake County.

The annexed territory is bounded by the NC-540 Corridor right-of-way, Beaver Creek Commons Drive Extension, and properties owned by Grayson G. Kelley and Blaine Brown Kelley.

The exact boundaries are defined by a survey plat titled "Annexation Plat of Section 2–Beaver Creek Commons Drive Extension Right-of-Way for The Town of Apex" dated March 26, 2012 and revised April 20, 2012.

The act became effective upon ratification on June 28, 2012.
