Department of Public Instruction shall develop resources outlined in the Comprehensive Arts Education Plan prepared by the Comprehensive Arts Education Task Force, with a report to the Joint Legislative Education Oversight Committee due no later than June 1, 2013.

Each local school administrative unit must implement the detailed recommendations of the Comprehensive Arts Education Plan during the 2014-2015 school year.

Local school administrative units shall report progress to the Department of Public Instruction no later than June 1, 2014, and again no later than June 1, 2015.

Department of Public Instruction shall deliver a statewide implementation report to the Joint Legislative Education Oversight Committee no later than July 1, 2014.

Act becomes effective upon enactment.
