Reorganizes Wake County superior court judge districts from at-large to single-member districts, reducing judges from 4 to 6 across districts 10A through 10F.

Changes district 10A from 2 judges to 1 judge, district 10B from 2 judges to 1 judge, and creates three new single-judge districts (10C, 10D, 10E, 10F).

Redefines district boundaries using 2010 Census voting tabulation districts (VTDs) and specific block numbers instead of previous precinct designations.

Assigns existing judges to the new districts: Paul C. Ridgeway (10A), Michael R. Morgan (10B), Paul G. Gessner (10C), Donald Stephens (10D), Abraham P. Jones (10E), and Howard E. Manning Jr. (10F).

Becomes effective January 1, 2013 and applies to the 2012 election.
