Allocates $18,184,601 to North Carolina Partnership for Children, Inc.

Allocates $25,000,000 to the NC Pre-K program.

Allocates $7,052,797 to child care subsidy funds for postsecondary education.

Allocates $1,001,718 to child care subsidy funds for transportation services and $1,584,125 to NC R.E.A.C.H. scholarship funds.
