Removes approximately 547.64 acres of described property (Tracts I and II) from the corporate limits of the Town of Burgaw in Burgaw Township, Pender County, North Carolina.

Preserves the Town of Burgaw's ability to collect or foreclose on any outstanding ad valorem tax liens or special assessments on the deannexed property as if it remained within town limits.

Allows Pender County board of commissioners to reestablish county zoning and land use regulations that were in effect before annexation ordinances listed in Session Law 2012-3 took effect.

Becomes effective July 1, 2012.
