Legislative Ethics Committee shall study public access and security issues in the Legislative Building and Legislative Office Building, including whether to restrict public access to certain areas.

Committee must consult with General Assembly Special Police regarding safety and security concerns during the study.

Committee shall report findings and recommendations to the 2013 Regular Session of the General Assembly on or before March 1, 2013.

$50,000 is appropriated to the General Assembly for the 2012-2013 fiscal year to fund the costs of the study.
