Modifies Executive Order No. 85 issued by the Governor on March 25, 2011, which consolidated and reorganized executive branch agencies to improve government efficiency.

Deletes Section 7 of the Executive Order that proposed creating a Division of Prevention, Access and Public Health Services.

Action taken pursuant to Section 5(10) of Article III of the North Carolina Constitution, which authorizes the General Assembly to modify executive orders through joint resolution.

Becomes effective upon ratification.
